Wills and trusts for individuals presented by Ms. Michelle Gooze-Miller, Esq.

University of Chicago, Chicago Woman's Alliance attendees were very enthusiastic about the presentation by Ms. Michele Gooze-Miller, Esq. addressing health and property management for disabled individuals. In this second presentation sponsored by the Chicago Women's Alliance, Michelle addresses property distribution upon death and the economic consequences to family and property without a will. She will also explain the requirements, contents and limitations of a will for transfer of property upon death. Michelle will then address the purposes and benefits of creating a document known as a revocable trust and why an individual may wish to have such a trust in addition to a will.

Michelle earned her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University as Phi Beta Kappa, and she earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago School of Law with honors. She is also qualified to practice law in both Illinois and Florida.
